Do you do custom orders?

Sometimes! I usually have availability between January and July. Once August hits, I only take custom orders for Halloween or Christmas designs. You can reach me by DM on Instagram to inquire.

What can I expect from Born2Blossom earrings and brooches?

All earrings are hand made from scratch, with love, so there may be slight imperfections. (Which we think is part of their charm!) There will never be an imperfection that makes the earring unwearable. Earrings are made from acrylic and wood. They are made from durable material but please still handle with care. The acrylic earrings are laser cut out of acrylic and wood sheets and may vary in color and pattern slightly than what is pictured. 

I don’t have pierced ears but I would love to wear some Born2Blossom creations, can I get them with clip on backings? 

On most earring we can replace the backing! If you add a note in the order we will see it and we can switch it out. Just make sure to check your email to see if we have reached out with any questions.

Do you offer wholesale?
Wholesale ordering with MOQ is available! Please let me know which you are interested in when you contact me.  Thank you for your understanding! 

What's the scoop on returns and exchanges?
I do not accept cancellations on any ordersExchanges may be honored on a case by case basis. Should you receive a damaged earring please email me and we can work out a solution together. Returns are not accepted. 

How fast is shipping?
It is always my goal to get orders out as soon as possible. That being said, we are a team of 2! You may experience a processing time of up to 7-10 business days on my end. The average time it takes me to get orders out is typically around 3-5 business days. All packages are sent via USPS.

I think my order is lost, what should I do?
Email me! I am not responsible for any delays, damages, or any lost packages when they are in the care of USPS. Please contact me if this happens after you make a report and I will do the same. 

Do you ship worldwide?
I do! You may be responsible for additional customs fees when the package arrives to your country.
